Lube high Pressure Hydroprocessing Technology (RHW)

1. Operation Flexibility
(1) RHW technology could use naphthenic crudes as feedstock to produce high quality product with white color, low aromatics content (2~4 %) and almost without heterocyclic compounds. 
(2) The premium 120 and 150BS base oils produced from deasphalted oil (DAO) have low pour points, high viscosity index (VI) and high viscosities. 
(3) RHW technology has good operation flexibility, which can produce low pour point base oil even with high pour point feedstock. Meanwhile, the hydroprocessing unit could work normally in hydrogen reactivation period, which can avoid the economic loss due to the unit shutdown. 
(4) RL-1 hydrotreating catalyst, RDW-1 pour point depressant and RJW-2 hydrofinishing catalyst used in RHW technology have high activities and good stabilities.
2. Feedstock Adaptability
RHW technology is developed for producing high quality lube base oil and special oils from naphthenic feedstock.
