S-RHT technology has wide adaptability to feedstocks. The technology can process different kinds of vacuum residue or atmospheric residue with metal (Ni + V) content below 150 wppm and Conradson carbon residue content below 20 wt% from sour or high-sulfur crude oils. The hydrotreated residue can be used as FCC feedstock while FCC unit combines with S-RHT unit.

Target product (FCC feedstock) is of high yield and superior in quality. The obtained diesel oil has low sulfur content, low solidifying point and high cetane number.

The yield of hydrotreated residue (feedstock for FCC unit) is more than 85 wt%, and the removal of sulfur, metal, nitrogen, and CCR are more than 90%, 90%, 50%, and 60%, respectively.

The cycle length of unit can reach 2 years by using proprietary catalysts combining system (CCS) and graded catalyst loading technique.
5.
The commercial S-RHT unit is similar to the conventional hydroprocessing unit and will not bring special safety and environment pollution problems.
